Use the Waist and Hip Measurements Together
The elastic waistband and medium-stretch knit give this skirt some flexibility, but the published size ranges still matter. RIHOAS lists a 64 cm waist and 90 cm hip for US 0, 67–70 cm waist and 93–96 cm hip for US 2–4, and 73–76 cm waist and 99–102 cm hip for US 6–8. If your waist and hip point to different sizes, choose the option that accommodates both measurements instead of relying on the elastic waist to make up the difference.
The published skirt length changes only slightly across the three sizes: 103 cm, 104 cm and 105 cm. Choose your size from the waist and hip measurements first, then use the corresponding length as a separate reference for where the maxi hem may fall.
